When you purchase one of our wedding packages, the bride and groom’s stay at the Embassy Suites Saint Paul is complimentary. We will take care of reserving your room for you.

As you plan every detail of your wedding, be sure to consider having your guests stay at the Embassy Suites Saint Paul too. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Saint Paul and is a convenient cab ride from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul (MSP) Airport or the Amtrack Train Station. Plus, your guests will benefit from being close to all of your wedding festivities.

You can guarantee up to 25 guest rooms and maintain your guest room list by booking your room online . It’s easy to do with e-Events. All reservations must be booked 14 days prior to your release date—the date you inform the hotel of your first guest’s arrival—and requires a credit card to hold the rooms. Also, no cancellation fees will apply as long as you cancel the guest room blocks 14 days prior to your release date.

You can also choose to work with a sales professional to help you set up and maintain your group block. You must sign a contract for a minimum of 10 rooms on a peak night (Friday or Saturday). Your guests may book at your group rate until three weeks prior to your release date. Working with a professional allows you to increase your block based on availability and requires you to sign a contract. A credit card will be needed to hold the contracted rooms.

Your guests will enjoy all the benefits of our spacious two-room suite, complimentary cook-to-order breakfast and our evening manager’s reception. Amenities of the Embassy Suites Saint Paul suites include:
