You can guarantee up to 25 guest rooms and maintain your guest room list by booking your room online. It’s easy to do with e-Events. All reservations must be booked 14 days prior to your release date—the date you inform the hotel of your first guest’s arrival—and requires a credit card to hold the rooms. Also, no cancellation fees will apply as long as you cancel the guest room blocks 14 days prior to your release date.
